Sam's Training Experience
Sam used to run laps of the courts at the beginning of tennis training sessions.
He hated running so much that he would turn up late to miss them.

Now Sam has ran marathons, an ultramarathon, a sub-20 5km and a sub-40 10km.
​
So what changed?
​
Well, Sam found out that he could tolerate discomfort better than he thought. But what helped him wasn't just his mindset.
​
Sam learnt how to structure his training so that,
1. he could maintain his motivation and adhere to the training plan
and
2. feel strong and remain injury-free up to race day.
​
With dedication and the correct training plan Sam ran further, faster and injury-free. Sam can safely say he enjoys his running more than ever.
